Questions

Frequently asked

How do I join a class?
Log in and go to My account. The Join button appears shortly before class, and we email you reminders beforehand.
How do I know which level I am?
This is down to you to decide, but as a guide you can take a free level test for a recommendation. It's your choice in the end, and you can switch groups later if a space is free.
How does payment work?
Group classes are paid monthly and securely through Stripe. Each class page shows its price, and checkout shows it in your own currency.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from My account. You keep your place until the end of the period you've paid for.
What if a class is cancelled?
We tell you in advance and you receive credit for it on your next payment, so you never pay for a class that doesn't happen.
What time are classes where I live?
Every class page shows times in your local time zone automatically.
Which languages can I learn?
English for now. More languages are on the way, so subscribe at the bottom of the page to hear first.
